Compulsory Registration Scheme(CRS)

The Compulsory Registration Scheme is operated under the Bureau of Indian Standard (Conformity Assessment) Regulation, 2018 (Scheme II of Schedule II), as per the BIS Act 2016. The scheme aims to provide momentum to the rapidly expanding sectors of Electronics & IT, while simultaneously protecting Indian consumers from spurious and substandard products.

Karandikar Laboratories is recognized by the BIS for performing the tests in the process of product certification against the following standards –
